Returns/Exchanges

Please contact me at info@hannahwarlandjewellery.co.uk if you wish to discuss a return or exchange. Returns and exchanges will only be accepted within 14 days.

Earrings, bespoke made jewellery and commissioned pieces are non-returnable / non-refundable.

Returns will only be accepted if the item is unworn, undamaged and must be returned in the packaging and condition in which it was received.

Return postage costs are non-refundable.

Gift vouchers may not be exchanged by the giftee for its monetary value.
